Terms of Use
     It's not always easy making terms for all aspects
     of peoples "creativity" ...specially not in english.

     Therefor, try to understand...



Every graphic I offer - for purchase or as linkware, is 100% my own original creation. I never
use lineart, outlines or whatever... only my mouse and my imagination, and guess what...
I'm not ashamed of it! ;-)

There is a piece of me in every thing I make. Some few graphics will not even be displayed.
Not because they are so beautiful, but because they are too private, and need to stay that way... just for me :)

So please...be careful and polite dealing with other peoples feelings.
Instead of stealing and copying graphics and ideas, ask for permission!
Most cases in this world can be solved if we communicate!

Well, I still have some few rules for you to follow, and they go for both linkware and purchaseware.
If something is unclear, or you have questions, mail me, please!

You must have a kid safe site! (I think you know what that means)

You must have these following scripts installed on all pages you are using my graphics:
(If you're not familiar to scripts, visit Lizzie for a good explanation!)

You can not sell any of my adoptions, websets or sigtags, and not claim you made them.
Of course you can not give away sets bought for yourself (or pieces from them) to your
friends. They have to buy their own!
      
       

       Do not in any way, alter, resize, recolor, copy, make PSP tubes
       etc. etc... of my graphics.
       They are all made to stay the way they are, and they are definitely
       NOT made for sharing in any group - like Yahoo...etc.



Please note that I have copyright and ownership to my own graphics, and I have the right
to have them removed from any site I find using my graphics illegally!
It's no excuse telling me you don't understand my english, because it's your responsibility
to contact me if something is unclear!



All sales are final!
Payment is to be made through PayPal!
Please do not pay until you receive the confirmation from me.

Remember, if you don't hear from me in a couple of days, please try again!
Usual I reply within 24 hours, but sometimes mails disappear...  :)
